We are passionate about creating performances and related outreach work that challenges expectations and helps to open a dialogue between artists, audiences and participants.
With regional and national touring at the heart of the Company’s work No Limits fuses drama, dance, design and music to produce theatre that aims to excite and challenge expectations. In addition to our touring work the Company also delivers a wide variety of outreach and education projects. These range from performance related workshops, to year long training projects, residencies, one off workshops and regular classes.
OUR VISION IS TO:
- Create original and inspiring visual/physical theatre
- Promote the engagement in and enjoyment of devised and original theatre
- Present high quality original theatre that challenges expectations and asks questions, as well as giving a positive message of what we can achieve when we value and embrace difference and celebrate inclusion and diversity
- Promote participation, develop audiences and add diversity to venues programme through regional and national touring
- Excite the curiosity and interest of people who are often excluded from cultural activity
- Develop creativity and enable expression and communication through all areas of our work
TOURING:
No Limits have been producing groundbreaking and exciting visual
and physical theatre since 1995. During this time we have devised and toured 12 productions as well as making work for festivals and showcase events. Each production has a workshop and outreach package, which is developed to run alongside touring productions.The Company tailors each outreach activity to meet the needs of the participants.
